"Bio" means life, "Danza" means a meaningful movement.

So Biodanza is about everything we encounter in daily life and how we express it. Biodanza starts from what you can do and gives you new possibilities to move in life, literally and figuratively. Therefore, we do not dance a choreography, but our own expression in that moment. We dance actively as well as inwardly. We dance alone and connect with the other, with the group, in alignment with each other. We use all kinds of music.
It is an exercise garden of life.
Biodanza is moving, enjoying and having fun, it brings more harmony and balance and is and can be transformative.

Biodanza is suitable for young and old. Tuesday evening classes are for adults 16 years and older.
Starting September 10, weekly from 7:30 - 9:15 pm. 3 trial classes for 33 euros.
