Theater Group Assendelft plays: One of the Seven... A performance with a laugh and an unexpected serious twist.

Martin and Sylvia live in the heart of the Jordaan. Sylvia's grandfather is living with them. Martin decides to organize a surprise for his spoiled wife. Once the surprise arrives, it turns out to be the wrong one. This leads to baffling and hilarious misunderstandings. Sylvia therefore decides to arrange it just for herself. The ultimately intended surprise arrives. This will completely turn the lives of Martin, Sylvia and her grandfather upside down. Sylvia had better not have done this. Or had she? Is it better that this drastic unexpected truth has surfaced after this "surprise"? Or surely not in retrospect?
