Five actors and one musician, in "ZOUT," address questions that may concern us all. They are very normal circumstances that come along, everyday stories.

We searched in "ZOUT" for pure human action, we found a thirst for conflict, judgment and condemnation, we found victims and perpetrators. In this case we could not put the responsibility for this on the writers of the play, after all, the scenes were created on the basis of our improvisations. So what do these characters in the play have to do with ourselves?

Answering that question brings humor, goofiness and tension between players and their own characters. In "ZOUT," they meet in the search for answers to life's big and small questions.

No one wants to meander through life, drifting with the flow. We love color and fragrance and are fully prepared to polarize one and all? Exciting right, without salt everything is cowardly? But what holds things together and what brings only chagrin?
