MAAK 'T! on Sunday afternoon
for children ages 4 to 12 years old

Once a month, ten times during the school year, we make something new on Sunday afternoons. One time we'll make a museum about ourselves, then we'll poetry and rap about it, then make our own (animated) movie. Something different every month, will you make it all?

This Sunday: BOOKWURM
How do you make a (picture) book? Writer/theater maker Janna de Lathouder and illustrator Anne Schneider come to give us this first MAAK 'T! workshop of the school year especially in the middle of Children's Book Week. They have written several children's books together.

In this workshop you will learn how a book is made! If registrations allow, we will divide the group in half by age. Where the younger children will be taken through the process of making a book through play, fantasy and story and the older children will delve into developing their own story/illustration and the techniques involved.
